My stay at the Nh Collection Bogota Wtc Royal was a mixed bag. While the hotel itself was beautiful and clean, and the service was mostly great, I did have some hiccups with the water issues. The breakfast spread was fantastic, but a few maintenance issues left me a bit frustrated.
